Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across Canada and the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Canada: Free shipping on all orders
- United States: Flat Rate $10.95 on all orders
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time is between 3–10 business days, depending on the shipping address
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Olivira is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@olivira.ca with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olivira.ca and include a photo of the issue.
