Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with Olivira.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used soap bars
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Olivira is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olivira.ca with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
